the room with a private pool garden view was perfect. breakfast had lovely food and a friendly, hardworking staff. i enjoyed the yoga sessions and spa. i am glad for my stay here.

the transfer from the airport was not arriving even if we gave the flight number. the rooms division manager informed us that we had the room we asked in our reservation not to have. he was rude. i do not know why this happened.

i found the poolside area so inviting. the cleanliness of the rooms was amazing. the hotel restaurant had great dishes. i really liked that the grounds are immaculately maintained, with lush gardens. it gave a relaxing experience.

the hotel didn't provide information about a power cut. there was no communication about what was happening during that time. it would be nice with some updates, if things like that happen.

The resort grounds featured many well kept green lawns. The room decor was nice. My room also included great pool and sea views.

My room's fridge did not keep drinks very cold. The air conditioning unit leaked water droplets sometimes. I also noticed many ants outside on the terrace.
